What are the opening hours?
We are open every day from 11am to 8pm.
Are there any age restrictions?
All ages are welcome. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Kids aged 3 - 7 get child pricing, ages 8+ need adult tickets, and kids under 2 enter free.
Where is the aquarium located?
We are at Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai. Follow signs to The Avenues. Parking is at P19 with a free shuttle to the aquarium.
Can I add extra experiences?
Yes. You can upgrade your visit with the Interactive Trident, the Exclusive Behind The Scenes Tour, or the Shark Specialist experience for kids.
Is the aquarium accessible?
Yes. We are fully wheelchair and stroller friendly.
What should I bring?
Bring your ticket, photo ID if needed, and wear comfortable shoes. Swim nappies are required for infants. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Do I need to pre-book?
Yes. We recommend pre-booking, especially on weekends, holidays, or for add-on experiences with limited spots.
